Acceptance. By accessing or using MarketSeek.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility. You must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to trade futures in your jurisdiction to use MarketSeek. You are responsible for determining whether using this service is lawful in your location.
Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Permitted use. MarketSeek is licensed for your personal, non-commercial research use. You may not:
Subscriptions and billing. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds except as described in the Refund Policy below.
Service availability. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketSeek.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
What we collect. We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, payment information) and usage data generated by your use of the platform (queries entered, features accessed, session timing). We do not collect or store the actual price data you analyze — that remains on your local installation.
How we use it. We use your information to provide and improve the service, process payments, send account-related communications, and — for Institutional subscribers — contribute anonymized, aggregated signal statistics to the community intelligence layer.
Community intelligence and data sharing. Institutional plan subscribers participate in the community validation layer. When you confirm a query result, an anonymized version of the signal definition and outcome statistics (not your personal information or raw price data) may be included in aggregate cross-user statistics. You will be clearly notified of this at the time of confirmation. You may opt out of community data contribution at any time in your account settings, which will downgrade your access to Professional tier statistics.
Data retention. We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Third parties. We use Stripe for payment processing and standard cloud infrastructure for hosting. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
14-day free trial. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
Monthly subscriptions. If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge and have not made extensive use of the platform (defined as fewer than 50 queries run), we will issue a full refund upon request. After this window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions. If you cancel within 30 days of your annual charge and have not made extensive use of the platform, we will issue a prorated refund for unused months. After 30 days, no refund is available.
To request a refund, contact us at support@marketseek.ai with your account email and reason for cancellation.
The MarketSeek natural language market signal intelligence system, including the self-reinforcing knowledge base architecture, two-tier confirmation workflow, collective intelligence layer, and all related methods described in our provisional patent application (filed May 2026) are proprietary and patent pending.
The MarketSeek name, logo, and all product names are trademarks of MarketSeek.ai. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Your query data, confirmed definitions, and personal knowledge base entries belong to you. We do not claim ownership of the content you create using our platform.
